COCONUT PIE 
1 c. shredded coconut
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
Unbaked pie shell

Combine sugar and eggs and blend until creamy. Add butter. Fold in coconut and add 1 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir well. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
