BAR - B - QUE SAUCE 
1 (12 oz.) bottle Bar-B-Q sauce (any flavor)
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. water
3 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. honey (opt.)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 to 3 tsp. hot sauce to taste
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix all ingredients until blended. For pork or beef, cook meat first and tear into bits. Take out fat and bones. Pour sauce loosely over meat and set in refrigerator overnight. Bake with adequate sauce to cover meat in casserole dish for 3 to 4 hours at 350 degrees. Stir at least once.

For chicken: Pour sauce on meat and let stand 15 minutes. Bake as usual or grill as usual.
