LONDON BROIL 
3 to 4 pounds London broil (or chicken)
1/2 to 1 c. leftover pineapple juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 to 3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. garlic powder or crushed garlic bud
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 to 2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Marinate meat in the refrigerator 3 to 4 hours; brush on sauce while grilling for 35 to 45 minutes.
