RICE SALAD 
1 box Rice-A-Roni (chicken flavor)
2 sm. jars artichoke hearts
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 green onions
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Cook rice as directed, omitting butter. Poor into large bowl; dice peppers and onions and place in bowl. Drain and dice artichoke hearts, saving the juice. Mix the juice from the artichoke hearts with the mayonnaise and curry powder and poor over mixture. Chill for approximately 1 hour.
