CANADIAN INTOXICATED CHICKEN 
2 3 lb. chickens
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
4 teaspoons of chili pepper
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 small onion
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 cans of beer

Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and rub onto the outside (even under breast skin if possible) and inside of the chickens.

Dice onion and mix with garlic powder. Set aside 1/2 of each can of beer.

Put diced onion into the beer can. Insert beer can into chicken and stand on disposable lasagna tray and put on BBQ.

Mix together left over 1/2 cans of beer, 1/2 cup of water and 6 tablespoons of chicken broth powder (Oxo, Knorr etc.)

Cook over low heat for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours basting every 5 to 10 minutes with juices from pan. Very very delicious!
