CANADIAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken, cooked & cubed
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped nuts, toasted slivered almonds
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Place in lightly greased casserole. Cover with crushed chips and almonds. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 8.
