SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. grated onion
1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry
1/4 to 1/2 c. catsup
Garlic salt to taste

Mix beef, egg and onion. Shape into small balls. Place in a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done. To make the sauce, mix cranberry sauce, catsup (taste for sweet and sour) and garlic salt to taste. Place over low heat until cranberry sauce is melted. Add cooked meatballs and simmer a few minutes to blend flavors.
