BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
4 slices buttered bread, Pepperidge Farm (cut in pieces)
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed in butter
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Line bottom of baking dish with bread; sprinkle with layers of cheese, sausage and mushrooms. Combine and beat eggs, milk, salt, paprika and mustard. Pour over other ingredients. Best made several hours or day ahead. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6-8.
