RHUBARB - CUSTARD PIE | |
2 c. rhubarb, cut up fine 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla Let stand while making pie crust. TOPPING: (crumbly) 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. butter Put rhubarb filling into crust. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until nicely browned. |
