RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE (9 INCH) | |
3 eggs, beaten 3 tbsp. milk 2 c. sugar (stir in) 1/4 c. flour 3/4 tsp. nutmeg Mix in 4 cups rhubarb. Pour in pastry lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Cover with lattice top. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. |
