GERMAN PORKS CHOPS 
6 pork chops
Sauerkraut
6 tbsp. brown sugar
10 1/2 oz. can tomato juice

Brown pork chops in oil. Put desired amount of sauerkraut on top of each pork chop; then add 1 tablespoon brown sugar on top of each mound of sauerkraut. Pour tomato juice over all and simmer for 1 hour.
