ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE | |
4 c. zucchini thinly sliced 1 sm. sliced onion 1 tbsp. water 1 tsp. salt 1 c. tomatoes 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese or Velveeta In a skillet put zucchini, onion, water, butter and salt. Cover and cook 6 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Turn once while cooking. Put in greased baking dish and add tomatoes and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings. |
