CRAN - APPLE CRISP 
6 c. cored & sliced cooking apples
2/3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/3 c. all-purpose flour, unsifted
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. cranberries
Add 1 tbsp. flour to fruit before baking

Place apple slices and cranberries in 2-quart (8 x 8 inch) glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, except butter in mixing bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Microwave for 12 to 16 minutes on HIGH or until apples are tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
