RYE BREAD DIP 
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained
3 tbsp. onion soup mix
1/2 c. white cheese, shredded
3 to 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 c. sour cream
2 loaves round rye bread

Mix all ingredients except bread. Let sit for 1 hour. Cut 1 loaf into bite size pieces. Hollow out the middle of second loaf. Use center for bite size pieces. Also fill in hollow with dip.
