SUE'S STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
Fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion (finely)
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsp. parsley
Salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Finely chopped mushroom stems
1/2 c. bread crumbs (Italian flavored)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Brown onion and garlic in the butter. Add parsley, salt, oregano and chopped stems. Remove from heat and add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Stuff mushroom caps and place on slightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until nicely browned.
