FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can fruit cocktail
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Blend oil and sugar and eggs. Add fruit cocktail and beat until fruits are chopped. Gradually add flour, salt and soda. Pour in greased and floured oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Carnation milk

1 can coconut
1 c. nuts

Spread on hot cake and cook under broiler until brown.
