FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
5-6 lg. marshmallows, cut up
1/4 c. drained mandarin orange slices
1 lb. can fruit cocktail, drained
2 tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries
1 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Blend cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Beat egg whites until foamy. Beat in sugar, a tablespoon at a time, until stiff peaks form. Beat cream until stiff. Fold cream into egg whites. Fold into cheese mixture. Fold in rest of ingredients. Pour into 8" square pan. Freeze. Cut in squares to serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
