BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese
14 oz. can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt morsels and butter in pan. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half of mix on bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan.

In large bowl beat cheese until fluffy, beat in Eagle Brand milk, vanilla and egg; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick near center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate.
