BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 beaten egg
Dash of salt
1 c. chocolate chips

Beat until creamy.

BATTER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil

Mix well.

Fill cups 1/2 full of batter; spoon cream cheese mix on center top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 18.
