SWISS CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese to cover top of chicken
1/2 c. cooking sherry
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup

Arrange chicken in oven proof dish, pour soup and sherry over chicken. Arrange cheese on top. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top; drizzle butter over stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes. This dish is better if made one day and refrigerated overnight. Then just pop into the oven next day and enjoy.
