FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. can cranberry sauce
8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip

Combine cranberry sauce, pineapple, marshmallow, and lemon juice. Put in bread pan. Mix Cool Whip, mayonnaise, and sugar. Spread over cranberry mixture. Freeze. Slice 1 into 1 or 2 inch slices. Serve on bed of lettuce while frozen. Will keep in freezer for a couple weeks.
