BUTTERNUT CAKE 
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring
1 c. milk

Mix ingredients.

Bake at 350°F.

Frosting:

1 stick butter (room temperature)
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix butter and cream cheese. Add flavoring. Mix sugar, little at a time. Top with nuts.
