FRUIT - CUP SALAD 
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, in juice, drained
3 med.-sized firm ripe peaches, peeled, halved, seeded, sliced
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
1 c. halved seeded black grapes
1 c. tiny marshmallows
1 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. thawed frozen concentrate for orange juice
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
Boston lettuce
1/2 pt. strawberries, washed, hulled & sliced

Combine pineapple, peach slices, orange segments, grapes, and marshmallows in a medium bowl. Combine milk, mayonnaise, sour cream and orange concentrate in a small bowl and beat until smooth. Add pudding mix and beat 1 minute or until smooth and evenly blended. Pour over fruit mixture - then cover. Chill overnight.

When ready to serve, stir mixture lightly; spoon onto lettuce-lined serving plates. Garnish each serving with several strawberries. Yield: 8 servings. NOTE: Salad is good served in small cantaloupe halves.
