TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. small shell macaroni 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. celery, chopped 1 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom or celery soup 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs Cook macaroni according to package directions. In large bowl, combine macaroni, tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, green pepper, and peas. Blend in soup, milk, and salt. Place in a large or deep casserole dish. Combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and butter and mix until crumbly, put on top of casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. |
