KENTUCKY POUND CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream sugar and oil; add eggs. Beat well. Next add spices, flour, pineapple and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
