1 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. bisquick
2 tsp. grated cheese
1 egg
1 clove garlic, chopped
salt and pepper

Mix all together. Like pancake batter. Heat oil in a pan and spoon batter in. Fry on low.
