OATMEAL CARAMELITAS 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. quick cook oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
3 tbsp. flour

Mix well; drizzle over chocolate and nuts.

Sprinkle remaining crumbs over caramel topping.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Chill for easy cutting.
