FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. Romano cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
12 oz. fettucini
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, heated and drained
Salt and pepper

Melt butter over low heat. Add garlic, beat in cream, then both grated cheeses. Add mushrooms. Refrigerate while cooking noodles. drain noodles and toss with sauce. Serves about 5.
