CHUCK WAGON BEANS 
1/2 lb. bacon slices
3 lb. ground beef
6 med. onions, finely chopped
1 c. finely chopped celery
2/3 c. beef broth
1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (1 lb. 3 oz.) cans molasses style baked beans

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In Dutch oven or large roasting pan, fry bacon until crisp; remove and drain. Pour drippings from pan. In same pan, cook and stir ground beef and onions and celery until meat is brown and onions are tender. Stir in broth and remaining ingredients. Cover and cook about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Crumble bacon and spread on top of beans.
