MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 sm. jar marshmallow creme
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar with butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Add cocoa and flour. Then add coconut and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Spread marshmallow creme on cake while hot.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. milk (Milnot)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa

Mix together and spread over cooled marshmallow creme.
