PEANUT BUTTER FINGERS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. soft butter
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oatmeal

Combine all ingredients with mixer. Then press in a greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips and let stand for 5 minutes. Then spread over bars as chips melt. Drizzle over top with frosting.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. milk

Beat with mixer until smooth and creamy. Then drizzle over top of bars. Cool and cut.
