CHICKEN AND BISCUIT PIE 
2 c. cooked chopped chicken
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. onion, minced
1 (8 oz.) can peas
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1 pkg. butter Hungry Jack biscuits

Mix chicken, broth, soup and seasoning. Add drained peas and mushrooms. Heat slowly, until bubbling hot; turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Arrange biscuits on top of casserole. Bake 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
