CHICKEN BREAST IN SOUR CREAM 
4 chicken breasts
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 soup can sherry
1 c. sour cream
Paprika

Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish so that pieces do not overlap. Season with oregano, pepper, paprika. Cover with mushrooms (do not use juice). Combine soup, sour cream, and sherry. Pour over chicken. Dust with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
