CHICKEN BREASTS IN CREAM 
Chicken breasts (and thighs if desired)
Milk or water
1 pkg. Shake & Bake (original recipe for chicken)
1 c. cream (whipping cream preferred)

Skin chicken breasts (and thighs). Dip into milk or water; coat with Shake & Bake. Chill in refrigerator for several hours. Brown chicken; place in oblong glass baking dish. Pour cream over chicken; cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
