1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 jar artichokes, drained and cut into small pieces

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
