HONOLULU CHICKEN 
6 pieces chicken
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can drained water chestnuts
1 can drained pineapple chunks

SAUCE:

8 oz. peach preserves
1/2 c. barbeque sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chopped onions

Fry chicken until brown. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over it. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove dish from oven and add remaining ingredients. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
