3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. unsifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
5 to 6 McIntosh apples, peeled and cut in 8th's

Beat 1st three ingredients with a fork. Mix in dry ingredients. Mix in apples. Bake in 9x13 oiled pan at 350 degrees for one hour.
