|
1 tin corned beef 1 tin condensed chicken soup about 1/2 package macaroni mashed potato for topping Slice corned beef and place the bottom of an oven proof dish, covering the bottom of the dish. Cook macaroni as per instructions and when cooked, drain. Open the tin of soup and mix the soup with the drained macaroni. Spoon the macaroni/soup mix on top of the corned beef cover with mash potato and bake in the oven until the top is golden brown. The Kids will love it. Submitted by: Dennis Russell | |

My dad Ernie invented (concocted) this meal out of store cupboard leftovers in the in 1960's. It does sound strange using chicken soup and corned beef together but it works. Kids just love it! Great winters meal.
