POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
1 lb. American cheese, sliced in strips
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. fried bacon, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives (green olives)

Combine first 5 ingredients. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with bacon, olives, and a few strips of American cheese. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 12.
