HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts (cut up, not marinated)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Mix mayonnaise and cheese. Pour over artichokes in baking casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers.
