PRETTY EASY NOT TOO BAD CHEESE
CAKE
 
1 lb. (2-8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs (one at a time)
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven; cool 20 minutes. Leave oven on.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix. Spread on cheese cake. Bake another 15 minutes. Cool. Chill 12 hours, if you can wait.
