VEGETABLE BAKE 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 can cream soup, chicken or mushroom
1 (6 oz.) box onion and garlic croutons
1 stick butter

Cook vegetables, drain. Put in pan, cover with cheese, then cover with soup. Sprinkle with croutons. Top with melted butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
