GOUDA CRAB DIP | |
1 (7 oz.) wheel Gouda cheese, shredded 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. light cream or half & half 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 5 drops hot pepper sauce 1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, rinsed, drained & cartilage removed Rye bread cubes or crackers Combine all ingredients except crab meat and bread cubes in 1 quart microwavable container. Microwave, uncovered, at Medium-High 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is smooth. Stir every 2 minutes. Gently stir in crab meat. Microwave, uncovered, at Medium-High, 1 to 2 minutes or until hot throughout. Serve with rye bread cubes or crackers as dippers. |
