GRAHAM CRACKER BARS 
2 c. finely chopped graham crackers
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

In bowl, mix crumbs and sugar; cut into butter until mixture resembles cornmeal. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Place a small juice glass in center of greased 8x8x2 inch baking dish; spread batter around glass.

Micro-cook, uncovered, until top appears dry, about 7 minutes; give dish a quarter turn every 2 minutes. Loosen edges; remove glass. Cool. Cut into bars. Makes 24.
