GRAHAM CRACKER FILLED BARS 
2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten

Bring to a boil, then cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup coconut and 1 cup pecans or black walnuts. Place layer of whole crackers in pan. Pour filling over them and cover with another layer of crackers. I use Cinnamon Crisp Crackers instead of graham crackers.
