CREAM OF COCONUT CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 can Holland House cream of coconut 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained) 1 container Cool Whip Bake cake as directed. While baking heat milk and cream of coconut slowly (do not boil). Remove cake. Poke holes in cake and pour mix over cake. Cool cake and top with pineapple and Cool Whip. (Refrigerate.) |
