SWISS SPINACH QUICHE 
1 (8 oz.) can crescent roll dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. natural Swiss cheese slices, cut into thin strips
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten slightly
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

Separate crescent dough into large rectangles. Place in bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch dish in single layer. Press and seal holes. Press 1/4 inch up the sides. In mixing bowl, toss cheese with flour. Combine milk, eggs and seasonings. Mix with cheeses. Stir in cooked, thoroughly drained spinach. (Press out moisture.) Add crumbled bacon. Pour into crescent dough crust. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Should be golden and set in center.
