CORN-BEEF CHILI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 med. clove garlic, crushed
2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Toasted hamburger buns or hot biscuits

In skillet saute beef, onion and garlic until meat is browned and onion is tender. Stir in corn, tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes or until most of the liquid evaporates. Serve over buns. Garnish with minced parsley if desired. 4 servings.
