CHILI BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (3 1/4 oz.) can pitted and halved ripe olives, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. crushed corn chips
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine beef, onion, and celery in a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Microwave at high 6-7 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except corn chips and cheese. Stir to combine. Microwave at high 5-6 minutes. Top with corn chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave at medium-high 2-3 minutes to melt cheese. Let stand, covered with waxed paper, 3-5 minutes before serving. 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
