MEXICAN HOTDISH 
2 lb. hamburger, browned
1 sm. onion, cooked until tender
2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cans crescent rolls
1 egg white

Line 9 x 13 inch pan with 1 can of crescent rolls. Mix hamburger, onion, taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Put on top of rolls. Sprinkle with cheeses. Cover with other can of crescent rolls. Brush on egg white. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 6-8.
